Disadvantages of being a Marketer

1, Marketing work is just as the other works, do not expect marketing work is brand new one. It’s just a work, if you want to happy with that, you need to love it, I mean deep love.
2, Endless overtime working. Working in marketing field requires your time flexibility.
3, You may feel lots of pressure, different from sales pressure. You always find that there are lots of works to do, without an end. Also, you need to figure out what to do first and last.
4, Marketer is Sales’s agency(vendor), you need to comfort your “client” in a very strategic way.
5, You need to drive yourself crazy sometimes, stoppable passion could make your work better than best.
6, Keep on waiting for better position in your career path. Since marketing requires abundant experience in related field, you need to stay in the queue and wait for your hamburger.
7, Always be precise, this is good, but it’s so bad when you bring that to your private life.
8, You must like to communicate with people as sales, but from a opposite way.
9, Keep on learning till you quit marketing.

差距一:精益求精的专业精神。 很多时候我们觉得“差不多”就可以了,甚至觉得某些要求过于苛求;但这正是我们的差距所在。
